1988 Lincoln Mark V11. Can't adjust clock on information center but car beeps as soon as I turn on the ignition, push the clock button and beeping stops, no problem don't need clock. a few months later lights on the auto climate start to flash, not problem can over ride manually when it does not work. a few months later heater fan does not work at all, no problem not cold, after a few miles down the road radio quits, a few blocks later all electrical quits even the hazard lights. Battery replaced , ground wires replaced, went two blocks quit again. Left over night started just fine? however radio will not stay on station keeps going trough set up mode works OK but will not sat in one mode, would appear to be voltage problem. Anything in this car that would affect all of these things?
Dave
PS will faulty ignition control module cut out all electical as per above?

Welcome,
Like 2ManyMarks said, the IGNITION SWITCH replacement is crucial BEFORE proceeding.
Once that is done, you ~should~ see many gremlins clear up. We'd like you to come back here and tell us how you proceeded.
