clicking from air compressor or dryer

Is it normal for the compressor/dryer to make a clicking sound while running? It is operational but I'm wondering if this is indicative of a looming problem? Thx in advance.

Possibly normal.
It depends on when and where you hear it.

Our compressors have an internal Vent Valve that opens to release pressure when asked, such as when the ride height is too high.

Is this what is happening when you hear the clicking?
