Good News for my 84!

I'm probably making too much of this but I'm tickled pink at having found a NOS (last one) Goerlich Direct Fit Catalytic Converter for my 84 base model on ebay... $247 dollars delivered... It's not top of the line but it fits the budget nicely... Hooray! Image

Awesome, awesome, awesome find and score!
Great price too!

I know just how difficult it is to find OEM or direct fit items for our 1984s. I've been trying to score an OEM fuel sender for four years now.

How's your smog pump? I put two new cats on my Gray 1990 a few years ago only to cook them in less than two years due to a bad smog pump.

Congratulations and thanks for sharing this with us.

Smog Pump? Is that just California and New York or am I missing something? Didn't know I had one...
